Pre-appointment Requirements

Please arrive 5-10 mins ahead with no make up on prior to your appointment. Minimal to no jewelry. For Health Code compliance, No kids or pets allowed.

Please refrain from smoking at least 1 hour prior.

Cancellation Guidelines

Please cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid our same day cancellation fee.

All clients who cancel, change, or no call no show the same day as their scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 .

Payment Policies

All first time clients will need to reserve their appointment with a credit card number at which you are subject to same day $25 cancellation fee. All sales are final and we do not offer any returns or refunds for any products or services.
