Non-medical post-operative transportation on Surgery Day.

Pick up from Surgical facility to Hotel/ Home after surgery. We will assist you get in and out of the vehicle safely.

*This is a Transportation Service ONLY. The rate provided is within 25 miles only. The rate may increase as the miles increase.

Private one-on-one care, includes post-op transportation, medication retrieval, continuous health and safety monitoring, post-op education for your support person(s), managing wound care and surgical drains by Registered Nurse on the day of surgery.

DAY 1: 4 Hours of Care

DAY 2: 4 Hours of Care

Registered Nurse will be available 24/7 via telehealth for questions or concerns for both days

Transportation: AFTER surgery to your recovery location [surgery day] and roundtrip transportation to your next day post-op appointment with surgeon

Prescription Pick-up (Patient responsible for medication expenses and valid ID)

*Patient must arrange transportation for initial drop off prior surgery. You must bring supplies required and suggested by your surgeon and for your specific procedure.

NON-Refundable Booking Deposit $250

Every client MUST fill out our credit card authorization form and provide us with a copy of their drivers license or ID.

After we've received your deposit, you will get an email with an invoice of the total balance.  The total balance must be paid seven days before receiving service. Failure to pay your balance 7 days prior to your surgery date will result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeit your deposit and any pre-payments for nurse aftercare.

If the client has paid for planned service and the scheduled procedure is cancelled BY the surgeon, the Aftercare service will be re-scheduled to the new surgery date.  

If you have paid in full and cancel more than 7 days prior your surgery, you will be issued a refund except the non refundable booking deposit of $250

Tampa Skin LLC is operated and owned by a Florida State licensed Registered nurse. We provide private cosmetic aftercare & skincare services in the comfort of your home or hotel designed to ensure your safety and provide you with optimal recovery.

This is for persons recovering from cosmetic surgery. Although our staff is made up of nursing professionals, we do not offer hands-on medical services and we are not a Recovery House. ​Your Confidentiality is our Priority

We do not sell, trade your Personally Identifiable Information. Insurance is not accepted. This is a private pay service.
